Kale Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
Sometimes I see things like that, and wonder if people really think this is fancy food.
I mean, seriously? We eat this about the entire winter long in the Netherlands. We call it boerenkool, which translates to ‘farmer’s kale/cabbage’. Usually built up into a mound, with a dip in the top for gravy, and smoked sausage.

On the upside, it’s healthy, and filling.
